Enrico Baria studied physics at the University of Florence. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in physics in 2011 at the University of Florence, with a thesis titled “Classification of human melanocytic lesions using Raman spectroscopy”. In 2014, he received his master degree in Physics at the University of Florence, with a thesis titled “Development of a non-linear multimodal microscopic platform and its application to the study of arterial tissues”.
In 2018, he defended his PhD thesis titled “Multimodal imaging for tissue diagnostics by combined two-photon and Raman microscopy ” at the European Laboratory for Non-linear Spectroscopy in Florence. He currently is a postdoctoral researcher (RTD-A) at the Department of Physics and Astrophysics of the University of Florence. His research activities focus on biomedical optics and, specifically, multimodal multiphoton imaging and multimodal optical spectroscopy for tissue diagnostics.MY CV
